Loved everything. It’s a brand new hotel and the staff are great. We had a 2 bed villa with pool and it was great to just relax and it be quiet. The pool area was great too. Bonfire is also a lovely restaurant.
Obviously this depends on the weather but as the hotel is about half a mile inland you can be affected more by cloud from the mountains but that’s the only thing. Still tons of sun though!!

They helped us to reserve the vinery tour :) I also received a gift for my birthday from the hotel manager which was such a nice gesture. Breakfast was delicious. The entire hotel is amazing. Pool, gym, spa, restaurant...you can spend the entire time not leaving the hotel. Room service was exquisite. We had a lovely time and can't wait to return!”
The room was spacious and cozy. The staff was incredible, so nice and helpful. They helped us to reserve the vinery tour :) I also received a gift for my birthday from the hotel manager which was such a nice gesture. Breakfast was delicious. The entire hotel is amazing. Pool, gym, spa, restaurant...you can spend the entire time not leaving the hotel. Room service was exquisite. We had a lovely time and can't wait to return!

The only criticism of I had one was that they could make the television able to stream Netflix and other channels like Prime etc
“Very nice hotel with great facilities! The hotel was only three months old when we visited, so everything was brand new and in excellent condition. What really stood out was the staff, who were mostly outstanding. A special mention to Giulia, Carla, and Irene—the breakfast hostess—who always greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome every morning. The young chef Andrés prepared delicious omelettes to order, and Fran, who led the pool activities, was amazing. I joined the pool yoga sessions a couple of times, and she was fantastic! · Cons: Unfortunately, a few things left us disappointed. The pool staff were not particularly polite, which stood out compared to the rest of the team. More importantly, we felt there was a lack of generosity and customer care. We stayed for 11 days, and when my husband was unwell and requested some bread in the room, we were charged €3.50—even though we had received poor service the day before at the hotel’s Bonfire restaurant. There was no complimentary gesture, only a small apology not even a few slices of bread. For a long stay like ours, I had expected a bit more appreciation and kindness.”

“Amazing hotel, if you are not an international traveller”

Room was new, in place my clothes on shelf in wardrobe and all bottom clothes were covered in dust as shelves were not clean We booked a taxi, as we went to get into the taxi a member of staff said we couldn’t have it as it was for her guest, it turned out it was our taxi as we were their first she just hadn’t seen us, calling out across the entrance was embarrassing then to be told I could have the taxi. The two staff typically at desk for taxis cases were ferrying other guest around in gold buggy’s. I’m not a school child and had rented a 2 bedroom private villa yet was made to feel like an unwelcome distraction at that point and from that point I booked Uber transport. Maybe it’s because I’m an international traveller not Spanish and as such was not as welcome as national guests The finish in Room 307 was very good, however the bathroom in the bedroom as you entered the room had split skirting board between the sink vanity unit and the shower, it didn’t fit and not what I would expect for the price paid Turndown service was only went completed on the main bedroom. We were two 51 year old best friends of 40 years staff assumed we were sleeping together, that’s not bothering me however when my room never got a chocolate or turndown service .. that’s again not what o would expect again makes you feel unwanted as a guest or not in the held in the same regard as other guests Staff in bar and restaurants we very accommodating and friendly
