Royal Oasis Club at Pueblo Quinta

Spent 5 nights in these apts . The place was clean and well looked after staff were great and helpful. cleaning service was good .very friendly ladies .rooms are spacious comfy and modern . Separate kitchen .spotless. bedroom was large with a real comfy bed. There is a few steps to most apts, but a lift is also on hand to use. The pool was small and a bit shaded we didn't use it as we spent most days out and about. there is a garden area with a few sun loungers .we had a balcony facing the front road, which we prefer the balcony is a good size for 3 people very quiet at night .. the parrots in the park across the road don't start making noise till about 8 in the morning .yes we would go back

We spent four weeks at Royal Oasis Club @ Pueblo Quinta. The resort is extremely well-located, across the street from the Parque de la Paloma; a 5-minute walk to the Sea Promenade with a myriad of restaurants; and a 10-minute walk (uphill) to a large grocery store. The ambiance at the onsite restaurant, Lola's is wonderful, and the food is excellent. Highly recommend it. Our unit was absolutely spotless and the staff were always very attentive to our needs. The living-room / dining-room furniture needs some refurbishing but all in all, a very comfortable and well-located resort, built true to Spanish architecture.

very spacious room great location to local shops, park and beaches

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Amenities - Everything there that you could need. Good location close to the beach and park. Good value for money. Cleaning staff were noisy in the morning whilst cleaning the other apartments nearby. Deposit of 100 euro was taken on check-in and still had not been returned 3 days after checkout. No response from reception when emailed about why it hasn't been returned. Booked because of indoor spa but we were told on arrival that my 12 year old couldn't use it (must be 16). Asked for towels for outdoor pool but we were told to go to reception to get them (must leave the pool area and go out towards the road which I didn't want to do in my swimsuit).

We have been coming here for 20 years and it's been great until this year.it's been taken over by Hilton and the cleaning is not acceptable. On this visit we have stained sheets, water coming into the apartment, they are not cleaning under the bed, it's full of dust and fluff. These thing happen but we are met with complete indifference by the staff. Last night we had to put towels down to soak up the wet coming in. You used to be able to smell the cleanliness when you entered the flat but now all you feel is itchy.
