It has recently changed owners, they had added duvets and a kettle but curtains do not fit and are not blockout. Noise levels from neighbouring apartments too much now. Cleaning service used to be 3 times a week. No service was done here for 5 days, then I had to ask. The again had to ask. It’s not as well maintained as before. No English speaking channels apart from Bloombergs financial channel. Felt more like a prison sentence than a holiday

What I disliked was the very fat Spanish life guard’s attitude obviously it says no food and drink allowed by pool , but on Monday 31st of march cafe was closed , people kept trying to tell him that and he was not explaining that they could eat their own food in the cafe area , even when people got bottles of water out to keep hydrated in the heat he would tell them off , please have a word with him about his approach and how he can improve his customer service skills all the other staff , receptionists, ladies that worked at the cafe , maids and maintenance were friendly and polite and helpful
