Some years back would been good apartment. Now it is runned down with most things broken. Apartment is with smell. sofas are disgusting dirty. Bath is smelling with grow inside pipes with even cut nails coming out of pump. I imagine common maintenance, disinfection of pumps and pipes have been done years ago. Shower broken. Only thing is usable was rinsing head. Water situation as it self not problem. Some kind of temp regulator is not working correctly. Every time you have to spend time to get water temp usable, without guaranty that during showring you will need get scorched with hot water or cold water... Microwave broken, food is not rotating, so it gets superheated in one spot, not evenly all through. Windows blinds some don't work.

I stay three nights and they didn't change me towels. Neither came to clean or to provide equipment to clean ourselves. At the day of entering, they didn't provide full instructions of how we enter in the room and we spent a lot of time on waiting outside. Balcony was mentioned to be included in the original description but there was no balcony!
