“The apartment is right on the beach, you just have to cross the road and you're there, it's great. The water is cleaner than what you would expect from a city beach. The city center is about a 20 minute walk away on the beach or in a beautiful park. There are shops and restaurants nearby as well. The apartment has three bedrooms and three bathrooms which are very well equipped, two have showers, one a bathtub and some have bidets. The living room with kitchen is huge. The whole place is well stocked so you don't need to run to the store first thing when you arrive, there is enough toilet paper, shower gel, trash bags, some coffee pods, salt etc. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine, you have to get your own pods for those. The apartment is on the first floor and there is an elevator as well. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the living room. It has a great balcony which can be used during the day. There is some room for improvement there as the cushions on the furniture are old and moldy, there is trash and old broken stuff in the corner and tables hadn't been wiped for ages. There was a retractable awning which was not working but we didn't need it anyway as we didn't spend much time at home during the day, we just enjoyed having breakfast outside. · Cons: The place was very dirty when we arrived, hair in the bathtub, dirty toilet, smudges on every surface. We asked Nacho to have it cleaned and the next morning the cleaning lady came and cleaned everything we asked her to. There are big cockroaches in the city everywhere and one night there was one in our sink, we killed it with the spray which was in the apartment and the next morning when I sent a picture to Nacho, he came and disinfected the place. The living room and the bedroom overlooking the road are very noisy as there is always some truck or bus parking under the window with the engine running. It would be great improvement to add mosquito-nets to the windows, we like to sleep with the windows open. After a few nights we gave up and turned on the A/C which some people prefer I guess.”
