Rural House to take a Break, La Serreria 25 - Private garden

This accommodation was truly exceptional from the first contact with Monica upon arrival, who took care of us throughout our stay. She gave us recommendations for food, information about the ongoing carnival. We could contact her for everything we needed to know. We accepted an invitation to visit her parents, who live nearby. That was a very nice experience. As for the house itself, it's like living in a house with the soul of the island or like living in such a small open-air museum with many details that highlight the past. Beautiful garden around the house. And when wasn't cloudy, there was a perfect view of Pico de Teide. It was 15 min by car to the center of Santa Cruz. So it was a great choice for us. And very nice, which we appreciated, after long day was a sweet surprise waiting for us at the gate 😊

What a great Canarian experience. So thankful and happy to have chosen this house. The house owners are exceptionally hospitable and friendly. The house is like a museum, full of interesting stuff from past history. It is a village house but fully equipped with everything you will need and really comfy. The location is perfect in my view, especially if you are flying from the North airport or you want to discover the northern region like us. It is equally close to La Laguna, Santa Cruz, park Anaga as well as Puerto de la Cruz. Having a car will be handy though, but the house is still walking distance from very big supermarkets like Mercadona or Lidl.

great and friendly host, very good communication! The cottage is rustic, very nice and comfortable. The location is also very quiet. The wine, fruits and sweets was a nice touch!
