The best

Spacious flats and premises around. Perfect for the dog. Nice to wake up in a calm setting surrounded by olive trees. Friendly staff (including dogs).

To be improved

The entire place screams for renovation. Humidity stains on walls, clear signs that the shower has been flooding for a long time in the bathroom without anything having been done to it. The pictures have been very professionally taken and do not represent the honest state of especially the common spaces, like the jacuzzi. The payment is not through booking.com but through a private site, which also gives less protection to the customer.

The best

The property was very conveniently located and equipped for my purposes. I was met at my suite and shown around and everything was explained very well. I was even introduced to the adorable dogs, Africa and Golf.

To be improved

I purposely chose this property for its location on my route as it was not in the town and it had a charge point for electric cars. I did a quick top up charge almost immediately on arrival but when I later tried to schedule an overnight charge, it would not work. So it pretty much defeated the purpose of my booking. Luckily I had enough charge to get going on my journey. The a/c worked but didn’t seem to be quite powerful enough to really cool the suite down and it was only in the low 30s. The bed was a good size, but a bit squeaky and unstable.

We have stayed here over the years so it’s familiar to us.. it’s a good place to stop on our return journey to get the ferry from Bilbao.. they accept dogs and there is lots of outside space for dogs to stretch their legs.

To be improved

Sadly they no longer do any food which was a disappointment to us as we planned to eat there.. Previously you could have an evening meal and a nice breakfast .. also no English tv whatsoever.

“Fantastic stopover, everything you needed in a very clean and modern apartment”

Lovely apartments, everything you needed, very clean, lovely grounds if you have a dog...very friendly staff and the two local dogs... you do need transport though but there is a supermarket that is about 8 mins away.

To be improved

A few insects coming in from outside as soon as you opened the door, but they were easily removed.. it is expected as it is located in a rural setting with lots of trees... never bothered our stay

It was very clean, spacious, equipped with a charging station available for free, the beds were made every day, the offered delicacies (biscuits/juice/coffee/tea) for breakfast refilled every day, the view from our room to the jacuzzi (useful with children), 10 min driving from Tudela, etc. And additionally, our son forgot his teddy and the owner sent it to our next location in Spain 🥰
