“The apartments will be built by the sea. · Cons: The photos of the apartments what we were booked did not the same of the apartments we were given. We have asked to give us the same apartment as we have booked be we were refused to exchange for another room as well refund the money. We asked booking to help by phone but booking just sent out claim to the host. The hotel responded to our complaint to booking that we ourselves asked for another room because we wanted more beds. But it was not TRUE, we just wanted room what we have paid for! In many years of booking, this is the first time I have had such a negative experience and unfortunately they literally did not help us at all. instead of a room with a balcony and a view of the pool, we got a room underground with small windows at the top of the walls. The windows overlooked the sun loungers and we could see legs and asses from the window. There were ants in the room. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. Any smells like in public toilets, our complaints was ignored by the hot as well as booking customer support, we have to spend a lot money for international calls to booking customer support support, Be WARE of booking from this host! Because it was too late to find another apartment we have no choice and have to stay there!!! It was awful experience what we ever have!”
