RVApartaments La Pineda

The company had an incorrect email to contact me. Pretty poor communication re entrance into building. Called company twice but no feedback given. Felt totally vulnerable and abandoned-fabulous location. Apartment clean.

The automated check in was problematic as we made a one day booking then a two day extension at short notice. Different rooms due to availability but had to go through whole process twice and speak to help line to get early check in so could move room easier.

Apartments were noisy, poor soundproofing, doors banging loudly. Poor was not clean so we didn’t use it.

Pay for booking parking and never have parking space. Personel don’t interest solve problem.

The property itself was disappointing. Whilst the beds were clean the rest of the apt was grubby and in parts dirty. The pool and pool area were also unkempt and dirty in parts. The pool chairs were broken and there was no parasols which meant you could not spend too much time there when it was very warm. Also the pool and pool area became completely shaded by about 5 pm Also the lift was unable because it was too slow and on one occasion our son got stuck in the lift when the door just wouldn't open for a number of minutes.,

A bit noisy.
