The fridge is very loud in the room where is bed. The airconditioner was very weak. We requested an additional chair (because it was for 4 guest and only 3 chairs near the table), and the staff said that they did not know when it would be delivered and didn't deliver. I forgot my phone in the room after checkout and contacted in a few hours with the administration. Apparently, nobody saw my phone in the room, so be ready to farewell with your things in case if you forgot something. Here is no help or staff in the hotel, but they requested leave cleaness after your checkout. Strange service.

The noice, cheap feeling of the unit and a bit dirty

Check-in was complicated and time-consuming—we only received the registration link after calling and explaining the situation. The door code was also delayed and didn’t arrive for quite a while. There was no one on-site to communicate with directly. We asked for more toilet paper the next day, as it had run out, but nothing was delivered—we had to buy it ourselves. A group of young people moved in next door and were extremely loud on the first night. We tried calling to complain, but no one from the property management was reachable. The electric stove in the kitchen boiled water extremely slowly and was clearly old and worn out. There was no kitchen towel for drying hands, and even regular towels came at an extra charge. The rooms were small and impractical. The wardrobes had a bad smell, and access to the bed was tight—you could barely squeeze between the bed and the wall. Ventilation was only through the windows, and when it’s hot outside, the only air conditioning is in the kitchen/living area. The doors closed with a loud bang that echoed through the entire house.

The beds are terrible. People in other rooms are very noisy.
