“Not 4 Star at all...”

We have been there for 3 Nights for a Family visit. The first night we came for Dinner unfortunately really late so that we had sharp 20min for Dinner. The Food area looked like a heard of whatever animals had runned through. The Food rested was unappetising and swam partly in a lot of oil the fish was a full of bone one and the meat life cooked was very fat. Close to no vegetables, the Pizza resting soaked, fries soft, potatoes cold. Stuffed meat pot greasy. And more to add... In the morning for breakfast very loud Kids running and throwing food around parents not careing. Only sweet cereals. No Butter only Margarine. Marmelade out of Squeeze Bottles but no little Bowls to fill in. No Oat Milk. English Breakfast Variaty soaked in Oil. Not enough Cups. On both Meals no cleaning of Tables during long times. Very Loud Room more or less ok satisfying not more. Bathroom shower enclosure filthy and mouldy no stopper in the Washbasin Waterpipe in the Washbasin filthy. Floor in the Sleeping area with little gaps. No reading lights. Very few Programms in other languages (only 2 german) despite we had booked halfboard, wen went out for dinner the other nights. For Breakfast we stayed in everyone found in the End something to eat what tasted ok. All other facilities were not used or visited by us as we were out of the Hotel all day and as we said lomg time of the night. This is in no way a 4 Star Hotel with very much benevolence it is a sharp 3 Star Hotel.

“For what I needed it was good. Served the purpose of getting my daughter off the to for a while. But I wouldn’t stay the”

I needed to work and could keep an eye on my daughter while she played jn the pool.

To be improved

The beach in front is not a beach. It’s horrible full of seaweed and the sand is quite disgusting. The hotel was too full. The outdoor leisure area is too small for the amount of guests. The food is bad.

Oh my goodness!!! The pool area was fantastic....it opened onto a small beach 😲 it was very cool and amazing to have the variety like that! Everything was so close to the hotel itself. The kids loved the pools there were 2 that were a suitable depth for them and the main pool had a great variety of depths too. The buffet dinner and breakfast was exceptional!! We were blown away at how good it was for the price. The adults and kids both looooved it! We only stayed for one night on the way from Valencia to Barcelona but we wished we had gone earlier to have a few days there!! Entertainment options looked great too!! Although the rooms are dated and feel a little basic they are very clean and have everything you need.
