FAKE photos. In The third floor we found a mini swimming pool for Minions. We couldn't use It our first day because It was crowded. Inside 6-7 people ESTING, drinking and SCREAMMING. We were shocked to see people DRESSED and esting in The water. In our room, we wrote to complain to the manager (Meritxell) who told us that we have to sccept this culture😱 The culture IS not The problem, The bad behavior of these people. She made us a master-class af the kind of burkinis they can use. They were DRESSED and esting. IS dirty. Yesterday still The water was dirty. This afternoon we came back to have a bath It was better but there were lots of hairs We won't come back.

Do you want to live a HORROR experience?? Imagine that you are a woman in Afghanistan or else you can also come to this hotel💀 The first thing my husband and I found is a mini pool of people DRESSED,, SCREAMMING, and ESTING in the water. Two of those men were blatantly looking at the women (not at theirs, because they were dressed in the water)🧕 We couldn't use the pool because of these uncivil people and after complaining to the manager, whose name is MERITXELL, she told us that we have her culture and that we have to get used to it 😡 We wish we had left today but unfortunately we have nowhere to go. SUMMARY: noise, dirt🤮, incivility, disgust. Not recommended.

The rooms were impeccable and very clean. The decoration itself was a bit old but still looking good. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Most of the time there is no staff present at the hotel except for cleaning ladies but the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Not everyone speaks English but they are willing to help. The spa facilities at the hotel are decent enough and so is the pool.

I like the location and easy self check in. The room and the bed were big and comfortable to fit two guests.
