The couch bed was a bit uncomfortable - but that's expected :) The router for remote key turned off on the second day and we couldn't get in but the host was there in 10mins and fixed in 5 minds and it was all good! Happens :)

The cleanliness was questionable. The bathroom needed a refresh, and there was a clogged drain in the shower full of hair, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival—or even for a long time before that. Along the edges of the walls, there was also hair. The sheet provided for making the extra bed was visibly washed and ironed, but it was covered in yellow, greasy stains that obviously hadn’t come out in the wash. I believe such sheets should never be offered to guests. We also own apartments, and we would never give something like that to a guest. In the kitchen, I found a few plates, spoons, and forks with dried food residue on them, which suggests that no one checked them before our arrival. We only used the kitchen for breakfast, but there were no paper towels, not enough clean dishcloths, and no dishwasher or dish rack. After washing dishes, I had to place them on the single dishcloth provided to drain. Overall, more attention should be given to cleanliness.
