“First night stay in Ibiza town very nice”
The best

The Hotel is just off the marina so everything you needed was available. Ibiza town is our first night stop before moving on so ticked all the boxes Good air con. Reception very friendly

To be improved

Quite a lively are but not rowdy so knew it might be quite noisy so only thing was It was a bit bright at night in the room as shutter and curtain didn’t block this out.

Staff was nice and very friendly

Poorly equipped room with old fashioned furniture, with really bad smell coming from the bathroom, bathroom door not closing properly. Paper thin walls, you could hear clearly everything from the other rooms/ hallway. Cherry on top is the cockroach that entered in our room, making our stay insufferable. I only give 1 star because of the reception staff, especially the guy that helped us take out the cockroach. Definitely not deserving the money we spent for 1 night.

Hot water pipe to the sink ruptured at 6am. Woken up to a flooded bathroom and bedroom. Member of staff helped, but no apology and no suggestion of compensation.
