I contacted them because I had forgotten a regular use item for allergies—a specific soap. They treated me with indifference and didn't even respond to my messages. They just said the hospitality team couldn't find it, even though I described exactly where it was left. So be careful not to accidentally leave anything behind, because their indifference is great, and it won't be resolved.

We had an amazing stay at Ryan’s! The view from our room was incredible, and we loved the quirky art and retro Smeg fridge. The highlight was the staff—especially Samantha—who made us feel completely at home. She effortlessly switched between Spanish and English, which made things so easy for both of us. Highly recommend staying here!

My room was cleaned daily, fresh towels and bed made. Staff were friendly and bar area always being cleaned Great location for Ibiza old town

To be improved

When I arrived I was shown to my room and started to unpack. I then had a knock on the door and was told the room wasn't clean and I needed to move rooms. The room was perfectly clean, bathroom was sparkling and bed was clean and made. Basically as I was a solo traveller they wanted to put me in a smaller room. I asked if this was the reason and they said no the room was dirty! I asked again if they had just put me in the wrong room and again they said no it's because the room needs to be cleaned and I needed to move rooms and needed to pack my stuff! So I did move rooms because I wanted to unpack, change and meet my friends who were all arriving. The staff later told me it was because they wanted to put 2 people into my original room! Just be honest at the start. On my last night there was water coming through the ceiling at 3.30am! I had to throw some clothes on and run down to night security to get them to find out where the water was coming from-so I had an interrupted night's sleep which wasn't great when you are travelling the next day. Bed not comfortable and it's noisy at night due to the bars at the rear of hotel. No breakfast included and no kettle in the room but there is a fridge.
