“Lovely spacious apartments let down by check-in and out times.”
The best

Really clean spacious apartment. Close to transport links, a bus ride away from the center but with amenities close by.

To be improved

Check in times and check out times, (4pm and 10am respectively) with no flexibility. We arrived by plane and had to carry bags around all day and same going home. Offered to pay more for earlier check in and later check out, but there was zero flexibility. If I am being picky the lack of a kettle in the kitchen was not the best. We paid extra for the fact it had a pool and tennis Court, it was too cold and I didn't see a single person using during my stay. As we traveled via plane for a short break we didn't have tennis rackets or balls, and there are no facilities to obtain, might be good if they were available in apartment for guests to use.
