“Lovely relaxing stay”
The best

The location was perfect, very close to town and great value for money. The host that met us on arrival was really friendly and accommodating to our early check in. The property was really spacious and had good kitchen facilities. The location was great for getting the bus to further our beaches and for lovely food in town. The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Grateful for the aircon in the bedroom and the fan downstairs as it did get very hot in the day time

To be improved

There were a couple of cleanliness issues we saw during our stay - a pair of pants in the washing machine, a stained towel and a cockroach in the bedroom when we arrived. These didn’t impact our stay as we didn’t plan on using the washing machine, we swapped the towel for a spare one and moved the cockroach ourself so didn’t report these during the stay. I’m sure if we did this would have been sorted as the host was very friendly!

“Good option for staying in Ciutadella's city center.”
The best

Really good location, a couple minutes walk to center but in a quiet street. For such a small place, the bathroom and specially the shower were really good.

To be improved

The place is really small and you are constantly going up and down stairs, because everything is in a different floor. Both the couch and the bed could be improved since they're not very comfortable...

Location and quaint little house. Perfect for our holiday.

To be improved

Needed more hot water for showers, but no great problem. No adequate storage facilities for clothing had we been 4 staying, but again no real problem. Photographs show no stair rails which may deter bookings. Rails have been installed.
