“Our stay was great and everyone really enjoyed their time at the finca!”
The best

The finca is really beautiful. We stayed there for a week with a group of 8 people. The property is very large and the dining areas and pool are very nice to spend time outside. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well equipped. The location of the finca is also great, there are no direct neighbours and you are quickly in Port d alcudia with the old town etc.

To be improved

The only point of criticism is the beds. They are quite uncomfortable.

“Pleasant family holiday home.”
The best

The location was excellent although the road into the villa needed some careful driving . Easy walking to all the restaurants etc in Old Alcudia plus a reasonable distance to the Red Rum on the coast which we very much enjoyed. Grounds large and secure. Pool was safe for a toddler ( if in need of some repair to the tiles) . Very quiet location. Daniel who manages the property was very responsive to questions and issues. The washing machine was broken and he arranged to get washing done for us. Also got the air con fixed on the one room where it was not working properly. In general the villa was well equipped.

To be improved

The large wasp nest in the stone wall adjacent to the pool needs serious attention. The huge number of wasps meant one could not lie safely on the sun loungers next to the pool. Fortunately we didn’t want to use the sun loungers. For our group the configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms was not ideal with a single bathroom shared by the two double rooms upstairs and the other two bathrooms ( including the one with the most spacious shower) downstairs between the twin rooms. This arrangement may work better for other groupings of course.
