The apartment is first floor so to get to the pool you had to come down the stairs from the villa so if you needed drinks you had to go up and down the stairs , the apartment is on top of another apartment there is a small window near the pool where you could hear everything from this private residence on the Sunday the spanish couple who live there were arguing for over an hour resulting in the female been assaulted by her partner this is not what you want on relaxing holiday my wife went round to see if the lady was OK to be confronted by the male occupant been very rude and aggressive to her we reported this to Solmar villas.If it has carried on we would have asked for alternative villa and called the police. The bathroom is very small as is the kitchen the shower is about4ft high so to shower you needed to hold it not ideal and the sink has a problem draining so fills up and overflows quickly could do with a decent shower mat also. The kitchen is small but adequate could do with a information folder for the appliances offered..Could do with a few more cups and glasses chopping boards etc

Nothing to wash dishes with and they were very dirty on our arrival. There was a dish washer but no tablets and no washing liquid, only a small issues but may help with not being left with unclean dishes in the cupboard on arrival if guest had a small welcome box with some small bits in.
