Access to air con & safe included in price. Cleaning lady was lovely, beds made daily & towels replaced. It was very clean. Food good & staff were so helpful.

To be improved

A fridge & kettle in the room would have been good but I only had a 4 day stay so it didn’t matter too much.

Too many things: 1. Staff do not speak English 2. Loud blaring music until at least midnight. Room is just 10m away from stage. If you have an early flight, forget sleep. 3. Breakfast is not buffet or by menu. You are given eggs, ham, cheese, bread (no butter), fruit, coffee and juice. Every day. No variation, no choice. 4. The best is that we had an early morning departure so we asked where to leave key as reception would not be open. We were told to leave it in the room, only that they lock the exit to the building so there was no way to get out. Phone was not being answered. We eventually found a window which we got out of. Terrible management.

The best

Small hotel but you can use facilities of Siestamar hotel next door which has a lovely pool and bar. Room was serviced 4 out of the 5 nights we stayed. Room is small but has everything you need. AC was good. Breakfast was great. Live music on 2 nights was fab - Motown tribute and Boy Band tribute acts.

Very nice, clean room everyday, lovely staff. Amazing facilities. Very good location aswell Very happy we were able to check in early.
