“Comfortable and great location near beach”

Great location. Nice big apartment. Balcony affords a nice view of the sea. Good communication from hosts. A shower head broke and they sent a man around to replace it almost immediately. Only one cockroach encountered. Would visit there again.

To be improved

The lighting in kitchen area / living room could be a bit brighter. Couldn't find key for the safe.

“Superb”

The best

Fantastic location right on the Strip. Entrance on the street behind Serenity. Upper Crust bar directly below but absolutely no problem. Great view of the Strip and sea from the balcony. Good kitchen and family table with 6 chairs. Roomy apartment. Good communication with Sabbia on WhatsApp. Perhaps a little overpriced for 2 persons.

Fantastic holiday in Sabbia…location amazing,facilities fantastic,sea views wow,we were able to go for a swim every morning literally across the road from the beach. Would 100%recommend this fantastic apartment

“Can't go wrong for holiday destination where you get to switch off and relax”

Just glorious to walk out front and have sea infront of us... even though there was a bar directly underneath us, we never heard a thing, they were closed by midnight but even when it was open it was just folk engaging in conversation so no complaints at all. Apartment was huge, its location was ideal.

Location was great (apart from the bar below which was a little noisy one evening of the 5 we stayed). We liked Puerto del Carmen a lot. We loved the direct view out to the sea, and with a small beach just across the road. Kitchen well-equipped. Great to have two keys too.

The electricity cut out twice (not ideal when you’re in the shower in a bathroom in the hours of darkness!) - the first was corrected when the agent sent an engineer who turned everything off and on again at the fuse box, and I just copied what he had done the second time. The agents are looking at the problem so hopefully solved by the time you read this. We struggled with the WiFi network and password - this can easily be correct with a note of the network & password being in the apartment (our confusion was caused by there being 3 routers in the apartment and we didn’t notice the active one. I think the obsolete two have now been removed, but this wasted a lot of time, I feel the communication from the managing agents could have been much better. We were not given the access code until a minute or two after the check-in time, leaving me to wonder if we would actual get it at all - better communication of the process would have set expectations and removed the stress…or, better still, tell guests what the code will be in advance and say that it won’t be active until the agreed arrival time (I like to start the journey to a holiday destination with all the info required to access accommodation, this removes stress and helps to make a holiday enjoyable). Hairdryer not working.
