The best

Adequate size for 1 person or a traveling pair, good location, dishwasher, washing machine. A separate spare room could be used for clothes, or as a yoga room.

To be improved

Initial communication was poor - could not get the access instructions until the last minute (got them while I already was in the air). Could use hotter water in the shower - not critical. While WiFi was great in the living room, no signal could be had in the bedroom - not critical.

“Good location but lack of communication”
The best

Good location, big wardrobe room , air conditioner in both rooms, big TV and nice aquarium and balcony. All appliances were in place

To be improved

Bad sound proof of the building, you can hear everyone around. The personnel were replying rarely ,the fridge broke and didn't freeze for 4 days, we informed the contact person but nobody came to fix it or replace it, which is a big disappointment. There were no instructions about Wifi, garbage cans, emergency numbers, so you need to write to the staff and ask about everything or find by yourself. Also the door to the building can be opened only via mobile app with electronic key only with Internet. We asked for the physical key, but it's kind of an exception. There were no shampoo and shower gel , so you need to buy it
