Good location, walkable to most touristy areas

To be improved

ACs don't work properly, so the apartment is very hot during summer. The apartment is a lot smaller than it shows in the pictures. The staircase is very unstable; it feels like being on a roller coaster every time you climb up or down

The owner is unresponsive and we eventually didn’t even stay here. We were not able to get into our hotel and eventually had to roam Madrid at midnight to find another hotel to stay at after the check in system they used kicked us out.

“Great location but beat up apartment”

The location was great.

To be improved

The apartment was in a good location, however it was really dirty and beat up. Lots of scratches on the wall and furniture. The main issue was the stairs to the downstairs bed room wasn’t attached to the wall properly. The screws were coming out the wall and when I asked them about it they just said “what stairs” 😑.
