The best

Great location. Parking available. You share the two bathrooms and kitchen with three other rooms. It had very good windows that blocked out all of the sound. I received a video that helped show me how to enter the condo which was extremely helpful. When we were available via WhatsApp for questions anytime we needed help. Bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. We had two king beds in one room. That was hard to find in Spain.

The location is great and the room was clean.

To be improved

The communication is HORRIBLE. Tried to contact the owners via booking but never got a reply same with e-mails. They use multiple numbers which makes contacting them via phone complicated. It also takes VERY long to get a reply. The day we had to check in we got a huge text with lacking information which resulted into us not being able to get into the room. When we called we got no reply and when they finally texted back they told me they are only available untill 23:00 even though everywhere they market themselves as 24h available.

Amazing location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy- great communication from staff. Facilities were clean, well maintained.

To be improved

It was very hot for us, the ceiling fan wasn’t sufficient. Had to leave windows open which also meant a lot of noise from streets outside.

“An excellent, efficient choice in a great neighborhood for a solo traveler who is traveling light.”

The best

I liked the location, the cleanliness and character of the building, and the ease of check-in and check-out. The setup of bathrooms and kitchen made it easy to share. Bed and bedding were very comfortable.

To be improved

Even though there is an elevator, it stops between floors so that there are two short flights of steps involved: one to access the elevator on first floor, and another to access the room itself on the upper floor. There should be a note about this in the listing. Also, the room was very small for a traveler who either has multiple suitcases or wants to have a guest visit. It was priced a little high for a shared bathroom but aligns with price in terms of cleanliness, comfort and convenience of neighborhood.
