“Relaxing hotel with friendly staff, in lovely grounds”

The best

We had full-board, breakfast and dinner are buffet style. Both had a wide selection of food and the quality was pretty good for a buffet. Rooms were fine, most importantly they were clean but maybe a little dated. Overall met all our needs though. Staff were all very friendly. Moni who runs the kids' activities was especially good, she was really great with my daughter who was a bit younger than the other kids and a bit nervous about being away from me. Pool is huge and in nice grounds. The hotel is very big, so even though it was at full capacity when we were there it didn't feel too crowded. Nice beach with good snorkelling only 5 minutes walk away

To be improved

Pool was cold on days where it wasn't super sunny, even in July. The hotel is in a very quiet area with nothing going on, which is great if that's what you want, but for more variety of restaurants/a few shops etc you have to walk about 15 min to Cala n, Bosch. There are a few activities on throughout the day - water volleyball for kids & adults and a morning activity for kids but not much other than that, no evening entertainment as far as I could tell. Big variety of food at meals and some good quality, but some of the food was below average

“The pool was great. Plenty of choice for breakfast. · Cons: The key cards for the room are very temperamental. Keep away from your phone or it won't work. Even after I found that out. I still had to get y key reprogrammed twice over 7 days.”

“Nice breakfast, room could be more soundproofed”

Amazing Breakfast with a lot of options, big swimming pool and water filters around the hotel.

To be improved

The air conditioner is old, very noisy, and outdated. The bedrooms are not soundproofed. You can hear noise from the corridors and adjacent rooms.
