“Cons: accommodation was very disappointing. The service was extremely poor, and the apartment was not as described. There was only one small air conditioning unit, which was completely inadequate for cooling the entire apartment—especially in such hot weather. This had a major impact on my comfort during the stay.”

Not clean enough, I still can smell the smoke inside the room. Night time is very noisy, if you stay in a room near the corridor. The air condition is not working well.

Comfortable apartment in good location, great facilities with bathrooms and showers and a fully equipped kitchen, it was great for a group trip!

The only positive thing about this property was the location, as it is very close to the Sagrada Familia (about 10 minutes on foot) and the Sant Pau metro station was at about a 2 minute walk.

To be improved

The apartment does not have heating, only an AC, and we did not have any hot water the first night we were there, we showered with freezing cold water. And another big thing was the fact that there is no soundproofing at all, and we were anounced that the neighbours called to complain about the noise twice, and the second time we were just talking very quietly. One more thing we did not like was that the key needs to be picked up at another location than the apartment.
