No airconditioning only 1 standing fan

The staff was not answering my messages when we needed them the most

During the check-in they told the main door of the building can be opened by just pushing the door. But the door was locked. Had to wait for other people entering to enter the building to access our room.

The staffing was the most challenging we'd ever had. Firstly we met two other guests at the address we'd been given which turned out to be a many block walk (with suitcases) to the new address (once we were able to contact staff). There were three staff on scooters that, after a few minutes arrived. The run through of the building was very fast by one of the staff. Then - we found out after 10 pm when we arrived 'home' - that there was no concierge after 10 and the button we'd been told to push for entry was not answered. We had to wait until another resident, fortunately, arrived and let us in. The same thing night two and we pictured ourselves sleeping outdoors. At about 1 am there was a commotion in the hall with a woman who, likewise, had arrived to find herself not able to get in. The renovation has been very nicely done and the appliances etc. lovely and new BUT the staffing and communication must be fixed. We were never able to contact staff and never had an answer from them and had to learn the hard way and make our way in an uncertain situation here.
