“Clean and spacious, needs a little work”

The best

Very lovely cleaning lady met us to hand over the keys and show us around. Apartment was very clean and spacious enough for 3 of us. Good location, we walked most places. Working lift, it was small but we were aware of this. Our electric wheelchair fitted in ok - however - there is one step up from the street to the building, and 3 steps to the lift, so not wheelchair friendly if you cannot get out. Air con in the lounge and hallway, bedrooms 1 and 2 have ceiling fans. The smaller bedroom has no fans, not even a portable one. Decent Wi-Fi. Plenty of towels and toilet roll. Great little cafe opposite for coffee and croissants in the morning, and large supermarket right next door. No traffic noise at night. Washer, dryer, iron all provided but we didn't use them. We would stay here again when the few small things are fixed.

To be improved

One of the bedroom doors could not close (warped?) so we needed to use a chair to wedge it shut at night. The tap in the kitchen was dangerously loose, we had to use both hands to turn it on! Could use a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment. The pillows on the bed were awful, rock hard (I read this in a few reviews, maybe time to change them?). Small child upstairs ran up and down the hallway every morning from 7:30am for about 20 minutes. Fine for us as we were awake, but not if you like a lazy morning start!

Awesome location and a great apartment layout. Really nice that we could use the laundry detergent, kitchen spices, and bathroom stuff.

“Flat needs deep cleaning and kitchen easy repair”

Location - Sagrada in 5 min walk, flat size enough for 6 people, glocery in 5 min distance, convienent public transport system - many bus and metro stops around

To be improved

It was cleaned before our arrival, but anyway lost of dusts and dirty, very unconfortable hot water system as its heat water atvthat time then you use it, there are no place for drying the clothers. Neighbours has apartment renovation, so we were forced to get up at 8 am.

Large and accommodated three of us easily. Walking distance to many restaurants and the Sagrada Familia.

To be improved

One toilet didn't work properly and the faucet in the kitchen needs repairing.
