“Some pros, mostly cons.”

The best

Good: -Super helpful staff, everyone we dealt with was really lovely -The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure -Good bathroom lighting for makeup -Good blackout blinds in the bedrooms -Lots of toilet paper for our 4 night stay -Taxis were everywhere and easy to catch however we had to walk to a better spot on a busier street to ever be able to hail one -King bed in the master and it was comfy -Wifi was good -Welcome basket on arrival was a nice touch Average: -Pillows were ok, too soft for us but we’ve had worse -Master was king bed, second bedroom was 2x singles, third bedroom was 1 single -There was no concierge when we arrived, and I didn’t see one at all during our stay. I waited at the front door for another resident to leave before slipping in, and could then use the code to the apartment door to get in, where there were 2 keys for the front door for us to use during the stay. -The hostel that manages the apartment stored our luggage for the day after we checked out, but they’re a taxi ride away (too far to walk with everything). There was a locker storage place 1 block away but they were expensive -The location of the apartment was pretty good but next time I’d stay in L’Eixample closer to Placa de Catalunya rather than Sagrada Familia where this apartment is located

To be improved

Disappointing: -Holy moly this apartment is noisy. It’s on the first floor so gets hit with street noise plus stairwell/lobby noise plus the bedroom is right above the big heavy street door that always gets slammed shut. It was awful and is the number one reason I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it, I’m sorry. -Lots of kids seem to live in the building and made lots of noise the whole 4 days of our stay -The apartment hallway and dining area have windows overlooking the internal apartment stairwell, but they aren’t frosted or covered in blinds so people using the stairs can see into the apartment -Although there was lots of toilet paper, we were only given 1 sachet for the washing machine for 4 people for a 4 day stay -The air con in the master was really noisy and kept waking us up. Every hour or so the compressor would kick in and it sounded like a coffee machine

Well decorated property everything a family needs was there

To be improved

Because it was cold especially at nights the front facing bedroom was cold as the windows where letting in the cold and the noise
