Not one English instruction in room so not sure of any rules. Office limited access to get information from 9 to 12.

Amazing location, close to the dunes, 10 min walk to playa del ingles and wonderful lush greenery to cool off in the shade on very hot days. Great staff, bungalow very nice and clean and very quiet at night for a restful sleep.

“Hotel on dunes without AC”
The best

Nice territory with pool and grass. Free parking on the street nearby. Beautiful view to the dunes. Supermarket nearby, What's interesting - it was the first hotel in the area.

To be improved

As mentioned in other reviews - no AC and in summer period it's rather uncomfortable. Also I don't like location in general - I expect it should be closer to the beach, but it was more than 1km to walk through the dunes. Long walk to Jumbo center - closest shopping center looks like swingers location, but have some nice restaurants though
