“Great base, ideal for what we wanted”
The best

Great location for the beach, bar and restaurant. Basic and a little old but ideal as a base.

To be improved

Lack of mugs and glasses, a few light bulbs not working. A little tired in appearance but functional

“Nice apartment”
The best

The apartment was clean and spacious and in a great location with easy access to Arenal beach and the bus stops for transport to the town and port.

To be improved

There was no 24hr front desk and concierge service as detailed on the booking. Also the Wi-Fi was not working the entire stay which resulted in us incurring extra charges with our mobile phone companies.
