Very hard to find the "semibasement" floor; it was not properly described in the instructions. The apartment is not a good choice for 4 person: although the number of beds is matching with this, but the space is very narrow if all are set, moreover 4 person could not eat together at once. The photos are slightly misleading. The apartment is equipped with stove and kitchen utensils, but there were no pans. Wardrobe drawers were packed with spare sheets and towels, we hardly had space to put our clothes into. Wifi code is different in the application and on the instruction paper found in the apartment.

The push us to get away. We are elderly people and her assistant. Also I required early check and was denied. Also it is too small, and supposedly it was a ground flat and we face it many stairs.

The WiFi password on the app was wrong. Had a problem with the TV remote. Contacted MIT and 3 days later had no response. Fast to take my security deposit but says it will be refunded in 7 days after I leave! Unacceptable service. Online access worked fine but very impersonal. No table inside the apartment.

It's hard to get to, especially if you have a lot of luggage. Lots of stairs in spite of having an elevator. I would not recommend if you're over 45 and have heavy luggage
