The location was fabulous - right in the heart of the old town which meant everything we wanted was literally on our doorstep.

To be improved

It was a little noisy at night but the windows are pretty soundproof so it didn’t keep us awake.

“Lovely rooms and great service in a perfect location”
The best

The location is perfect right next to the Plaza Major but if you have large suitcases you need to carry them up some steps. The rooms were lovely and spacious, a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom with good quality amenities. The coffee machine was good but there was no kettle. The staff were wonderfully warm and welcoming.

The best

The room faced Plaza Maior and the view was amazing. The minibar was free. The front desk gave me a list of recommended restaurants. I went to one of them and it was good.

To be improved

It's not a hotel but a guesthouse, so I was nervous because I had to press the intercom when entering the building.
