Everything. The size of the apartment was ridiculous and the bath was disgusting. I connected with them thru Booking asking for a crib 3 times and they never responded. When we got to the apartment there was no crib and when i complained they told me they did not monitor Booking channel but a Whatsapp phone number no one provided to me. Awful experience.

The address indicated on booking Nunez de Balboa 111 was inexistant. I ended up trying all the buildings around for 30 minutes and when I asked at the reception of the n. 116 (the right one) the receptionist had no Idea about what Arco suites was or that he had to give me any keys! As he left me charging the battery of the phone I could call the contact number and get told to ask him for the 540 keys...he then had a revelation: and handed them to me A prior day WhatsApp communication was indicating that the right address (as if booking was featuring the wrong one on purpose) was the n.116 and not the n.111. Consequence super short night terrible sleep before an early flight. Bad expérience

Apartment is in some old building that long time ago was either hotel or some institution. Is smells awful even after the cleaning, that smell is unbearable, I think I can still smell it. But most important thing: it is not for 4 people exept they are swinging because the bathroom is completely see through! From all over the apartment! It is placed in the middle of the room and thats how they separated into two rooms. You cant bring kids or friends here…Also to enter the bathroom you need to pass through the bedroom. Furniture is very old and smelly, impossible to sleep here. This is the first or the second time ever I give this bad review, and I feel sorry for that. Location is ok and it would help to renovate and advertise only for 2 persons.
