Good value for money given price, location & modern/clean decor, works well for family.

To be improved

The Master Bedroom Bed is too small, and the mattress & cushions were not great. Did not receive the check-in instructions but host facilitated so OK, thankfully it wasn’t an obscure hour we arrived at.

Location and facilities. Cleanliness.

The number for assistance could be clearer. I was emailing but there was a delay in emails. Once I tried the phone, my query was sorted very quickly. Suggestion- number on the board on table. Also found the bins difficult. Went out with bins one night but couldn’t find the number 40 bin. Was told off by people in street for using public bins. The next night the bins were there.
