The best

Apartment was clean and well equipped and spacy. Welcome introduction was very short but friendly. Even located next to the railway the surrounding areas were clean and safe. Views were not that good but of course known before arrival. Easy to access to old town and new centre.

To be improved

There was not air conditioning /cooling, room temp was over 32 celcius in hottest day. We never got answer to our question (Whatsapp) about the possibilities to adjust the temperature even we were advised contact if any questions appear. There were some towels left in the dryier, we of course removed them to dry. Also some not totally clean dishes were in dish washer. It was solved by running it again.

“Great appartment for a group of friends!”
The best

The appartment was clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable for a group of 8 friends with 4 bedrooms and 2 toilets. JV was waiting for us at the appartment to give us the keys and instructions. Highly recommend this appartment for your visit in Bilbao!

To be improved

The appartment was located next to the railway statiom which was good for taking the train or tram but requirred a bit of walking to visit the more central parts of the city. Nonetheless, everything was in a walkable disctance of 15-20 min.
