To be improved

Shower requires 2 people, one to hold the shower head for the other person, cockroaches in kitchen and both bedrooms ..worst of all sent images of TV screen with line down it 3 days after check out and deposit being withheld even though we have sent images which include the TV screen at the point of check out with no line down it, accommodation not replying to our messages and complaint now lodged with booking.com

The best

Big plus to the owner for organizing the check in very quickly, on Sunday evening, after one other place forgot about our arrival, and had to find something instead. Good job from Booking.com as well. Spacious, and fairly well equipped flat. Great location, you're within the old town, near the Roman walls. Lots of shops and bars/restaurants near. Nice roller blinds, you can easily cut off the light. No problems with getting the deposit back.

To be improved

The only thing would be the shower head holder placement, so basically you have to hold the head in your hand while taking shower.
