Lovely staff in restaurant. Nice facilities and room Lovely bar staff. Great location

To be improved

Reception staff wouldn’t put air con on in the gym unless it’s requested which is a pain. Food cold at buffet Some spa facilities broken and no attempt to fix at all for whole week

Breakfast was excellent, plentiful and fresh . Pool great size and clean . Excellent location . Offers parking . Fridge and kettle in room . Free safe in room. WiFi was great .

To be improved

Only thing was, as in most hotels , shortage of beds. It would be nice if there were a few more away from the pool in the tree shaded area. Not a compliant though.

A lovely hotel in a nice place. Staff very friendly. Buffet dinner and breakfast was amazing - huge selection of local and international cuisine. There is a SPA and an outdoor and indoor swimming pool. The area around the pool is large enough to feel comfortable and there were enough sunbeds to avoid typical "sunbed wars".

To be improved

There was no information in the room - how much for items in the mini bar? What treatments in the spa? Nothing. Not even TV channels list. Also, we were given only 2 towels even though there were 3 of us in the room.

Absolutely lovely stay ( two weeks), friendly stuff and really good breakfast. The best of all, the bed was really comfortable. After a day’s trip, we could get good rest.

Good number of sunbeds around the pool. The spa was very nice - I had a massage and it was excellent. Good location.

To be improved

Room was very small. Pool was nice, heated, quite small and the air pump was at one end.
