“Comfortable house for 12 people.”

The best

Very comfortable house. All rooms have their own bathroom, which makes it perfect when staying with different couples. The kitchen is open and has all necessary equipment. The outside kitchen area is great, with a big table next to the BBQ. Golf resort where is located is beautiful.

To be improved

Tiles next to the swimming pool are very slippery, quite dangerous. There is no green area outside. All is tiles. You need a car. You have to drive at least 5 minutes before you're out of the Golf resort.

“Good Villa, let down with poor customer service and total focus on profit.”

The best

Villa has a nice view, great heated pool (for a price). Lots of outdoor space for relaxation in the evenings.

To be improved

We thought we were booking a private Villa, however, the washing machine on lower floor was used daily by cleaners to wash bedding for other villas on the complex. This meant we had a constant stream of staff walking around the Villa and leaving the main gate open, a concern as we had young children with us and didn't want them walking out on to the road. When we raised this issue, management stated that we needed to allow access for maintenance (I don't view cleaning other villas bedding as acceptable maintenance). The AC was not working. We reported this in the morning, and followed up what was happening later in the day. When following up, I was told that staff were busy checking in other guests, and someone would be out later in the afternoon (I was made to feel like an inconvenience). At 5pm someone from the complex (not maintenance) came out, tried turning it off and on again and was unable to resolve the issue. They then informed me that it was too late to get maintenance out, so they would sort it tomorrow, resulting in a second day with no AC. When we reported that the fridge wasn't staying cold, we were informed that they knew about this. It would have been good to know this before going the shop and filling it with food. We were disappointed with behaviours around add ons. We understand there are costs involved in heating a pool, but think £500 per week is an excessive estimate, as is the £1000 for the games room. Two of our party were unable to attend at short notice, so we let the Villa know in case there would be any refund. They explained that there wouldn't (totally fair) but they then informed us that they would be coming out and locking one of the rooms. As we had paid for the room, this didn't make sense. It all felt very money orientated and not about good service.
