Your service, your offering such an apartment for rent. We left the apartment the second day after our arrival and moved somewhere else. What happened: A taxi drove us to the appartement (about 5 min waiting). At 11h45 we attived about 15 minutes later. A horrible building, but locked. Waiting in front with all our luggage, someone let us in. Inside all filthy and an awfully old elevator. Up on the 8th floor, all dark and terribly smelly. We called Juan José Martin and got the answer: check in time is 4pm. What can you do in front of a horrible building, even worse inside when you have your luggage??? We convinced Juan to come earlier. He came and we discovered the apartment" which in fact was a study. We called him about 3 pm to tell him that the TV did not work. He said he was coming. Waiting I called him toward 5 pm saying that we would like to go for some food. He came again towards 8 pm. He was not able to fix the TV and said he would come back at 12 the following day. Nobody came, we didd not hear anyone..... This was more than enough. I sent. him a message saying we were moving out as the apartment is a disaster. Kitchen: minimum of a minimum. 3 spoons, 3 forks, 3 knives we coud not even cut the bread with, a little rest of toilet paper. We moved out, another representative of booking called us he was coming at 5 pm for TV. We went there explained to him what had happened and gave him back the key. We had found another apartment. I contacted booking told them our adventure when I was told that I should contact "accommodation" for negotiation as I wanted to be refunded for this horrible service. As it was difficult to call them from Spain, I wrote to the booking address I had to tell them the whole story. The space was not big enough. Therefore I did not contact you before being back home. Now my judging: this apartment like this is not up to the standard.

The apartment has a very good location and is super clean. The agency even picked me up from the airport. So all very easy and I had a comfortable and perfect stay. Thanks SteraM Team

Nice apartment. Large tv. WiFi connection. Location good for the town centre

To be improved

The mattress needs replacing. The air con unit didn't blow any warm air. This was the only form of heating and the apartment got cold at night. Builders started lifting tiles and drilling in apartment above from 8am on the Tuesday
