“Excellent stay close to everything you could need!”

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. Very quiet, but only a 5 minute walk to the Arenal for lots of bars/restaurants. The accommodation was very clean including all kitchen items and bedding/towels (and I’m fussy about cleanliness!). All amenities you could want are available (and of good quality); washing machine, iron, dishwasher, etc. The roof terrace is brilliant with views of the Montgo; a lovely spot to catch the sun. The balcony on the main level was great for eating meals and relaxing in the evening. Internet speed was very fast and it was nice to have a connected TV for those evenings when you just want to relax on the sofa. Rock rentals left a great little pack of cleaning supplies to get you going, which was very much appreciated. They also provided clear instructions on entry/exit and a handbook with helpful recommendations (though not required for us as we visit the area regularly). Would 100% recommend this accommodation, one of the best we’ve stayed in locally and we hope to return!

To be improved

Some of the furniture whilst perfectly functional could be upgraded to be more modern, but that’s down to individual taste! Equally, one of the beds was quite firm, but again, everyone’s preferences are different!

“Wonderful relaxing stay.”

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this duplex apartment. As it is a duplex it is more of a house and there was so much space. We have been coming to Javea for 15 years and this has to be one of the nicest places we have stayed.

That we had to leave!! 🤣

Cozy condominium. Nice location. It has everything for family vacation. It was a great family vacation.

To be improved

A bit old. Broken lock on the window in the children room. . It is really challenging to drive out of parking . The entrance is nerrow. There is not enough space for manuer.

“Fabulous family holiday apartment close to beautiful Arenal beach”

Spacious, clean, well equipped, lovely balcony and roof terrace, enjoyed the pool (soon got used to it being cold) and well-located to beach, bars and restaurants.

To be improved

Garage a bit tight to manoeuvre car but plenty of parking on road otherwise. Outside gate key was always a bit of a lottery how long it took to open, as think key must be a bit bent, so needed some wiggling. Hard floor spiral stairs within the apartment potentially stressful for parents with exploring toddlers, as no stair gate.

The appartment was slightly dated in terms of furniture / decor & appliances and could probably do with a refurb. We also rented Salonica II and this was much more up to date
