“Ideal location for town and beach”

The keys were located at a different building and the receptionist was not aware of our arrival. Had to make calls. The host was very helpful and allowed us early access.

“Great value and fantastic location”

The best

From start to finish don’t really have a bad word about the property. Collection of keys was easy (two minute walk from the property). The apartment was mostly clean. Yes it may need a little TLC but for the money you pay it’s certainly worth it. The location was great. Apartment itself was very quiet but just 2 minutes walk to the sea front with easy walk to both old town and the tourist end. Only thing I would say is there is no welcome pack. There’s a safe but no instructions on how to access it.

To be improved

A simple welcome pack with instructions maybe and a few leaflets would really help

“Apartment, great location”

The best

The location is the stand out for this apartment, 5 min walk to the beach and the family front where bars and restaurants are accessible. The lounge, main bedroom and bathroom are all good sizes, plenty of room in kitchen as well, we'll 1 at a time when cooking. Air con was great but as just in main room we left bedroom doors open of a night to keep them cool as got very hot and stuffy. Lovely balcony to sit out on a night. Washing machine in bathroom was great.

To be improved

The lack of communication from the owner was let down as we had few issues when first arrived but took 5 days to respond, we could not phone so we're relying on messages. We had issue with water coming out of air con, no air con technician so needed help to sort, didn't get this and ended up figuring it out myself. The TV did not work all the time there. Apartment had a safe but was locked and no instructions as to how to open and reset, given the sliding doors to the balcony did not lock this was a bit of a worry. Was disappointed there was no oven, tbf this is not in description but then again says there is a kettle and toaster, there wasn't, owner did offer to bring these but by that time we only had 1 night left so said no point. The double and single beds are but sorry on the length side so if over 6ft your feet will be over the end of the bed. Would have said a welcome pack would have been nice to state how to work things such as the TV, safe, air con, washing machine etc, would be a nice touch.
