“Ruined by the door entry app.”

The balcony and view was amazing! Rooms were very spacious, sound proofing was great. Contact with the owner was instant. Little cafe underneath was lovely.

The entry into the property was an absolute nightmare! Had to download an App which should’ve opened the door, it made all the right noises but remained locked! Contacted the owner who answered immediately which was great but she had to unlock via her phone from god knows where! Took ages to sort, then we got locked in as the app wouldn’t work for us, even from my phone! Had to contact the owner on numerous occasions to allow exit and entry, was then told we needed to take the battery out of the lock to re charge over night! Like you need the hassle when you’re on holiday! Sometimes the app worked for us but was always a stress when returning to property, the owner never came to meet us to help, and apparently there was not a key. Never again! If you like using apps to open and close doors then this place is for you, otherwise run a mile! Also wasn’t very clean. Crockery was left piled up on sink draining when we arrived,sand on the bed covers and hair on the sheets, no kettle, toaster not working, toilet had a bad smell, One hand towel and bath towel, no bin liners, no shower mats. Was like they had prepared for the closing of the holiday season. A real shame!

“Exceptional”

The best

The apartment was lovely. It is very clean and very spacious for two adults. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils & dishware. The WiFi was great throughout and there was air conditioning in the bedroom. Location is excellent, right on the seafront with only a short walk to bars & restaurants. The owner was very responsive to texts, answered within a couple of minutes.
