I paid 100 pound for nothing as I couldn't get into the place

To be improved

I rang the owner 27 times on arrival but to no reply . The taxi cost 90 euros plus 100 euros for this apartment plus 90 euros back plus another hotel . Do not use this place !!!!!! Still no reply 4 days later . Absolutely a rip off

+ Apartment is recently renovated + The decoration is beautiful as owner tried to follow a pattern and it's fine + Parking is sufficient for 3 cars

To be improved

- No response from the owner for some important questions; even though communicated via Booking.com app. Registered official complaint via Booking.com but again no reaction. - No Heating, no extra Bedding to warm you up - At night it was very cold in December so had very bad nights - No Dishwasher, No Washing Machine, No Cloth Dryer - Very few (unusable) kitchen utensils so impossible to cook even for the small baby - Microwave is hung super high so not usable for the person with short height - Poor mattresses, we woke up with back pain, headache and completely exhausted - Apartment was not cleaned, lots of dirt under the beds and in general throughout the house, kitchen cabinets, etc. - No broom or mop to clean the house during our long stay - Water comes out of the shower and bathroom was wet all the time - Nothing to sweep the excess water - Owner have added the photo of the terras to this listing but did not give us the code to access the terras

Our experience at the Samir Retreat was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, making our stay relaxing and stress-free. The location itself was stunning, a true haven for rest and rejuvenation
