very hot apartment because the sun comes in and heats a lot, there is no balcony. there is no air conditioning, there is no wifi. many things are broken like the shower or the kitchen. there is no view, the curtains do not protect from the sun, always light and heat enter. the location is far from pkaya del ingles, you need to have a car or a bicycle. to go to olaya del ingles there and back they charge 25 euros. never again it was terrible

We were waiting for the host about 40 mins (to be honest, we arrived earlier than allowed, but it was communicated in advance, so I do not understand why should we wait). Host didn't help us with luggage. Yea, he should not too, but I was with 8-year daughter, she had to take her luggage alone upstairs to the 3d floor at the same time the host was running ahead without suggesting any help. The apartment was not cleaned properly, attaching the photos. Сockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Chair was broken. Sofa was super dirty. When I asked about wi-fi he said there were never any wi-fi, although there was a possibility to connect to free wifi from a nearby hotel.
