The location was perfect very close to beach,apartment was clean and very safe.

To be improved

The shower head needs to be replaced,it is broke and water sprayed everywhere,gates that lock onto the terrace were very awkward to lock.pool was not open.

“Super apartment in a great location.”

The apartment is ideally located and close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars which are only a minutes walk away. This area is flat for anybody who has mobility issues. There is a lovely beach walk towards either Benalmadena or Torremolinos . The T1 bus stop is located outside the apartment and other bus stops are located nearby, behind the apartment. There is ample free street parking around the apartment and even 2 public (paid) car parks very close by. The apartment was very clean,comfortable and looked freshly decorated. It had terrific storage space.The kitchen had all of the necessary equipment to cook if you wanted to and had a washing machine.The bathroom was a great size and had a great shower and an ample supply of towels. There was a great hair dryer also.The bedroom had a lovely, comfortable large bed with a soft mattress. The pillows were really comfy as well. We really enjoyed the terrace with it's spacious and private seating area. We really appreciated the welcoming gift pack. Contact with the owners was very quick and easy. The apartment is well secured and the area itself seemed very safe. All in all I really recommend this apartment and I have no doubt we will stay here again when we return to the area.

“Cute apartment in La Carihuela area”

Cute apartment with every facility & item of equipment you could think of. Netflix was a great bonus when it was raining heavy. Excellent location in the centre of La Carihuela. Very secure, great communication with the owners via whatsapp if you need to ask anything. The bathroom was lovely, the kitchen needed updating, & white appliances could be replaced. But you need to remember the price is very cheap compared to other apartments in that area. Bed was too soft for me but some people like a soft bed. We prefer a firm bed. Overall great value for money

No terrace as described, only a dark tiny courtyard with extremely high walls. Only one sun chair. The pool was never open. Only one set of keys.

No sunbeds at the swimming pool. Stayed 9 nights with No change of bed linen which is customary for stays of 7 or more. Shower head not right and water slow to release. Had to use the provided plunger!! Outside space was very poor. I'm afraid that how anyone could give this apartment a rating of excellent is beyond me. Definitely would never consider returning to this apartment again. On finishing l would like to say that the communication with the letting agent was second to none.
