keyless entrance was very practical. loved the big elevator and lobby. loved the big windows.

apartment did not feel too clean. towels and sheets were basic and sub par.

The location was good. Near a metro, supermarkets and a very good tapas bar. Also could walk into centre..

To be improved

Should have examined floor plan. 2nd bedroom v small and long way from bathroom which is right next to 1st ensuite bedroom. Apartment best for 1 family not separate couples. Could do with a comfortable chair with the sofa.

The place was small. I couldn’t move around in the room or even put my luggage in. The price was also high, the laundry electric was off, so we couldn’t use it.

Beautiful self contained apartment in a great location.

To be improved

My partner was rudely evicted by the cleaning staff the day of our departure. I was unable to let her know I would be missing as I’d been arrested by the police and had no access to my phone. Some of our belongings were either stolen or thrown away by the cleaning staff.
