While staying at this apartment, both my wife and I both woke up with several bug bites. My wife got at least 20 over the course of our 3 day stay. It appears other guests have mentioned this in their reviews as well. Although I felt the space was adequate for my family of three, it definitely looks bigger in the pictures.

I had a long stay booked there. I had to get out after a few days for my own health and safety.

Bathroom! It was terribly. Bathroom was very tiny and musty. And all apartment was very tiny. The apartment did not have as much space as indicated in the description.

Overall, the stay at this apartment was horrible. There is a SEVERE BLACK MOULD PROBLEM. The apartment shouldn’t be allowed to be rented out and wasn’t worth at all what we paid for it, also because the nights for the weekend (football finale in Seville) were tripled (we never received an answer to how much each individual night cost). Apart from that, the apartment was extremely below average in cleanliness (kitchen and dishes were still dirty, which we cleaned ourselves), furthermore the shower head hanger was broken, the fridge door as well, as well as the freezer. We also booked for 3 people, which the lady who gave us the key questioned and then watched us make the bed for the third person ourselves. However, the worst thing was the severe black mould problem. On a surface of 3-4 square meters underneath the 3 skylights were massive black mould areas directly above the sleeping couch where someone had to sleep. The apartment owners told us the walls were being treated and that it wasn’t a health issue, however, I can say with 100% certainty black mould is a sever health hazard and a breach of the rental agreement as it is not safe for people to stay there. Black mold produces mycotoxin, which is highly toxic to humans. The dark or black spots on surfaces are the pores that absorb more moisture and release spores into the air, negatively impacting air quality. Therefore, there is a constant exposure to this toxicity. After discussing the issues for 3 days, we were able to leave early and stayed only 4 instead of 7 nights. We are still waiting to get our money back for the nights we didn’t stay (as agreed with the owners), however we won’t receive any kind of compensation for the nights we spent there.
