This was a beautiful apartment right in the middle of Seville with every home comfort you could want. It is just a short walk from The Plaza De Espania and Old Town Seville.We could walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar with ease and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants for breakfast.

“Perfect homebase for Sevilla!”

Great location, Clean spacious comfortable and well appointed. Rafael the owner was very personable and helpful. The shower is strong. Loved it all. Coffee maker was nice but bring your own sugar. Air conditioner is very strong

To be improved

There was no shower gel. Just an empty container.

“Superb”

The best

The apartment is in a very good location: all the main attractions of the historical center are within a walking distance. There are also a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is very beautiful and stylish, nicely decorated with candles, moreover, there is everything you might need as a guest.

The best

The apartment is beautiful with everything you could possibly need nearby, including the best highlights of Seville. Our host was amazing and even helped us make arrangements to see some local sights when we had difficulty buying tickets ourselves. He also provided some great recommendations. There is some street noise, which is worth being prepared for.

“Beautiful, spacious, central apartment - would stay there again”

The best

We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 (2 adults, kids 1 & 5), in February. Great communication from the host, before and during the stay. Key collection was straight-forward, host's son met us at the property. Location excellent. Close to centre of Seville and all sights, transport (E.g. tram), supermarkets. Located directly above a row of shops/cafes/restaurants, super easy for breakfast coffee etc. Really spacious and beautiful apartment. I think renovated (some time ago) to a very high standard. Kitchen had all the crockery/cookware we needed, plus some essentials such as oil, salt and pepper. Plenty of coffee capsules - thank youuuuu! Parking available if needed ( we didn't use). Cot provided for us for our 1 year old, super useful. We booked last minute and felt we got great value for money. Would definitely choose to stay here again if in Seville.

To be improved

Location above bars/cafes means plenty of noise at night; not a problem for us (what you get for being central!) but some people may not like. Some signs of wear and tear around the apartment (e.g. lampshade held in place with masking tape, water damage to bathroom furniture). Again, not a problem for us, but not completely immaculate ( which is a shame, because its a beautiful apartment originally furnished to a very high standard).

“Superb Luxury apartment”

The best

Incredible location with balconies to watch the world go by. A very luxury apartment with great kitchen and bathrooms facilities and the beds are extremely comfy.

To be improved

Nothing wrong the apartment itself. With the amazing location comes the noise levels which were high at times but it was more the bar below moving chairs and tables at the start and end of the day. It’s the compromise you must make to get such a central location though in a vibrant city.
