“Great apartment in a fabulous location”

The best

Location was sensational, very close and walkable to everything. Many bars and cafes everywhere. The apartment was roomy and comfortable and exactly as you see in the photos, appears a recent renovation. There is a lift! The landlord very kindly met me at the apartment early which was very appreciated.

Only 4 coffee pods for a 4 night stay in a 3 bedroom apartment. A kettle but no tea bags. It took a bit of looking but did eventually find the pods for the machine in a local supermarket. Note they are not your standard nescafe pods. The apartment was clean,.except the floors needed a decent mop. There is a brand new washing machine but no powder. As mentioned in earlier reviews, the pillows are very hard and very high. And yes, the apartment is on Plaza de Francisco which is a lively square, which I liked. Noise wasn't an issue except on Friday/Saturday nights. Bring ear plugs.

The apartment was decorated nicely & clean. Close to all once we had a sense of direction. Had all conveniences necessary for an enjoyable stay.

Needed more towels. Would be better to have soap& shampoo dispenser in the shower.

“Great accommodation but the owner cheated on us and robbed (double charged) me for one night”

We booked the apartment and after we got there, we liked both the apartment and the city. We wanted to extend our stay, so I contacted the owner to ask him if the apartment is available for one more night. He confirmed and said he can just charge my credit card for another night and that I don’t have to do anything. Then, he charged me twice instead of one time. I made a complaint to him, he admitted he made a mistake and promised he would return the money, but he never did. He didn’t cancel credit card transfer, nor did he refund me the money to my account (although I’ve sent him all the data). Booking also wasn’t very helpful because they didn’t react to my request for a refund from them. All in all, I got robbed for one night.

It's a fantastic and comfortable apartment . We stayed here for 9 nights . Its location is great. We were very happy with our accommodation for 9 nights. Very spacious and convenient.
